HAS IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME OPENINGS FOR A&P TECHS for VNY AOG,

Airline Division AOG & Hangar MX Cincinnati & Houston.

VNY AOG- All Shifts Airline Division:

Cincinnati Shifts-1st SHIFT 4/10 schedule TH-SUN, (8:00am - 6:00pm), 2nd Shift 4/10 schedule M-TH (11:00pm – 9:00am)

Houston Shifts- 1st SHIFT 4/10 schedule M-TH, (8:00am - 6:00pm), 2nd Shift 4/10 schedule M-TH (8:00pm – 6:00am)

WC Aviation Inc., is one of the premier privately owned U.S. based AOG Mobile Repair Teams has immediate needs for A & P licensed Technicians.

• Requirements

Minimum Experience Requirements:

A&P Technician 1

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate with up to 1 year experience

• Working knowledge of FAA regulations, process specifications, repair station and quality control manuals, and company policies and procedures.

• Hourly rate $35.00- $40.00 per hour

• Violation free A&P License required

A&P Technician 2

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate with 1+ years experience

• Working knowledge of FAA regulations, process specifications, repair station and quality control manuals, and company policies and procedures.

• At least 1 year of Gulfstream, Bombardier, Boeing, Dassault, Embraer or similar experience required

• Hourly rate $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

• Violation free A&P License required Minimum Work Requirements

• Able to perform routine maintenance on equipment as well as knowledge of corrective action when necessary.

• Able to perform tests and inspection of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality of performance.

• Able to control operations of equipment and systems.

• Able to monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

• Capable of repairing machines or systems using the needed tools. • Capable of troubleshooting aircraft operations and determine of the corrective action.

• Capable of installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications. • Must have basic knowledge of operating a personal computer or laptop.

• Must have the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

• Must have knowledge of job-specific machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance

• Violation free A&P License required

A&P Technician 3

• Ensure tasks assigned by Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor are carried out by the team in an efficient manner

• Communicate with customers as to status of aircraft maintenance

• Coordinate with parts department to ensure that all materials are in stock or on order to complete the project on time.

• Open work orders and build maintenance books as required

• Provide inspection support as authorized by Chief Inspector

• Perform inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of aircraft systems

• Ensure all customer aircraft are maintained in accordance with the procedures outlined in the applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manual and customers General Maintenance Manual

• Exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety

• Maintain and/or repair shop facility, equipment and tooling to support operations.

• High school diploma or GED

• Must have own tools necessary for the job

• Must be able to travel whiting the United States

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in the English language

• Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a Part 145 environment, Part 135 experience is a plus & Part 121.

• At least 5+ years of Gulfstream, Bombardier, Boeing, Dassault, Embraer, Airbus or similar experience required

• 2+ years of supervisory experience is a plus

• Factory or aircraft specific Training preferred

• Ability to manage high stress situations, sometimes multiple situations

• Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturer's Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc.

• Experience using CMP and CAMP maintenance tracking programs

• Exceptional customer service skills required

• Must be proficient in the operation of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Driver’s License with no major infractions required

• Violation free A&P License required

• Excellent time management and organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Hourly rate $60.00- $80.00 per hour
